There is be a Volunteer Orientation Meeting held at the Lillian H. Smith Library, 239 College St. (College and Spadina) on Thursday, May 10th. It will be in the downstairs meeting room (Room AB) and will run from 6 PM - 8 PM.
It is NOT required that you attend this meeting in order to volunteer at the convention, all you need to do that is show up at the Volunteers Desk at the con and sign up. This meeting will be a Volunteers 101 for those who have never volunteered at a con before. In addition, you will be able to sign up in advance for volunteer positions.
In particular, we will be looking for people to help out with the Registraton Package Stuffing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and to hel out backstage at the Masquerade Saturday night.
