Posts: 20 (03/20/07 10:50 PM) More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None I was happy to get a spot for a dealer table. So I sent my payment on friday. I was wondering what happens next? Do we get a confirmation mail that the payment was received? Do they send us the dealer badges via e-mail/mail? Maybe you can have a website that lists like the 250+ tables and have a column where it says payment received/pending... ofcourse, the other way we know is if the money is taken out of our bank accounts. Does Etuska(the person in charge of dealers) usually deposit the cheques the same day? I'm happy to get a dealer table although its like the furthest from the loading door. So who else will be joining me along the 11 to 21 dealer table row? I'm pretty close to the regular exit according to the map and was wondering if I can just load my stuff at the exit door as well for convenience.

Posts: 442 (03/21/07 11:52 PM) More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Closer the the con (likely mid April) we'll be sending out set-up information to all the dealers (set-up times and locations). Once you arrive at the con you'll have to check in, pay in full if you haven't already, and receive your dealers badges.

Posts: 20 (04/12/07 10:41 PM) More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	I sent a payment by mail about 3-4 weeks ago(within the 10 business days of receiving my dealers invoice). I was wondering if it has been received or not since I don't want to experience the surprise of not getting a table since I have been doing a lot of preparation. If possible could you or the person who is in charge of dealer space make a list that displays which tables have been paid for. I did e-mail the person in charge of dealers room before but still haven't received a response(I've checked my spam mail as well). I'm sure I'm not the only one who is anxious to get confirmation.

Did not include invoice as I had sent emails about fixing the contact info on the invoice but never got a response. Sooo my name is on both though so all should be fine.
