So there was only one entry? Does that make them the winner by default?
Any chance you might consider changing the deadline to the end of the month? I would've submitted an entry if it weren't for tests and exams around this time.. |

I submitted an entry so there should be more than one, probably a whole bunch more, it probably hasn't been posted yet but I am sure it will be soon. And if they decide to extend the deadline it would be fine but I would find it pretty frustrating that I could have taken more time on mine if the deadline were later in the month.

I'm not usually one to beg, and I understand we were given quite a bit of time; but please, would you consider moving the date a few days? Like ArmaStama said, lately I've been swamped with work and countless painting assignments. I have two pages of manga inked. Making manga calls for time and effort...TxT
Please give us a few more days and I can promise you a near fantastic product. u_u; |

Well, if I receive something before the judges get to look over the entries, I will include it, but I can't promise anything more than a couple days for that.

Put it this way - I'm not sure when the judges will be making their decision, I just know it won't be for a few days, so if you get it to me in a couple of days, they'll get to see it, any longer than that you might miss them. Make sense now?

I think it made sense from the start that it had to be passed along within a couple of days. So that would be a persons only chance to get a late entry in, I was just wondering if that implied any time line on when a winner would be chosen . I am sure there are a large group of people interested in that information, especially anyone who could potentially win a table at anime north. because if they do I am sure they will want to get started on getting their equipment to sell together, and if they don't then they are not going to want to spend a bunch of money getting all that stuff going for nothing. So I apologize if my reply sounded like I was confused or mislead , I suppose I was just trying to get an idea of when we might see the results from the contests. Every year there are great entries, and I am just really jazzed to see what pops up this year

Aw, it looks like I'll have no time after all...even my group members are telling me to give up 'cause they wouldn't be prepared anyway. I hate quiting -_-; ...
I was just curious though, will there only be one winner? =) |

Well, I can tell you the contest was a success this year and we'll definitely be doing it again next year, so maybe you'll have better luck getting an entry together then.
