Here is the 2012 Lottery table numbers.  You will be contacted shortly by staff with a notification and the contract/package.  If you see your number in this list and you did not get a notification by tonight, please contact us immediately.

Before contacting us regarding your number, make sure you are looking at the correct number.

The individuals above and the FCFS artists are aware that their table reservation  will be automatically cancelled without question if their registration package or payment do not arrive or clear before the due date.  In the even that a cancellation is made, we will be contacting the individuals below regarding an open table.

Please know that if a person in the waiting list choses to become a secondary artist to a Lottery table or a FCFS table, they will be automatically removed from the waiting list.

THERE IS A LIMITED AMOUNT OF SPOTS IN THE WAITING LIST.  This means that if you do not see your number in the list above or in the waiting list, your number was not pulled out of the lottery at all.  Unfortunately, this means that you will have to look into trying to participate next year at this point. 

How to read the Waiting list:

001 -> 002 -> 003 -> 004
005 -> 006 -> 007 -> etc

Strike outs will imply that the number above has been accommodated a table or that they have cancelled or backed out from the waiting list.  We will continue to pull numbers if we end up accommodating the 30 numbers we have.

Again, if the numbers above in the waiting list are completely accommodated by April 6, we may pull 10 extra numbers for on site-short notice cancellations.  However, only persons who are already pre-registered with the convention will qualify for those short notice cancellations as there are chances that the registration cap may have already been met at that point.
