I have a question about Meet n greet the guests event.

Quote from the page:
*Note: Not all Guests of Honor will be attendance as there may be prior commitments or emergency situations which may prevent them from doing so.
I understand that all types of emergency can prevent anyone from going anywhere, so I am sorry but I am still going to ask... Are there any guests that clearly said they mostly won't show up or can't make it? And which guests will be showing up?Or at the least, which guests have given a verbal promise that they will most likely be showing up?
