It's become somewhat of a tradition not just for participating artists, but random attendees passing by and looking for something to do. So if you're
all up for it, we'll happily host another Artist Jam again.
I'll post and send out information regarding this as soon as I return from Chicago (or while I'm there if I have internet access). But are you guys okay with the panels we donate to the Charity Auction? Or do you have any quick ideas we can put together in that one evening so we have something new to contribute for the Charity Auction? So long as it's nothing fancy and I'll have enough time to seek out the new materials, it should be doable.

I don't mind if the panels are donated to charity either~ Ah, I wanted to confirm if the London Room is at DoubleTree... or...?

It's the London Room at the Double Tree. We won't have you guys going through the trouble of walking to the other hotel locations for thursday. From
what I can remember of the schedule, all events on our pre-convention day happens at our main hotel. :3
We have it for a few hours so you guys are free to bring in any snacks for your peers to munch on while you socialize and/or fill up that board with artwork!

for the auction looks seriously amazing! (and heehee juzilla you even got orangisque and my table in your third last photo ... yay! Dunno if you remember me
but I came by on Friday to gush all over your awesome books and then got so busy with our table that I totally forgot to buy them ... bleh ... x{ )

Yeah Maiji~ there was cake and pocky! It was a loving AA jam~ You should definitely come next time! And of course I remember you! I'm sad that i didn't get to go around the CM again before I left  I completely understand how busy you all got near
the end! If the doujinka festival is going on this year, perhaps we can meet again  ? Or have another AA jam for the festival?!
Are there any other artist-meetups organized throughout the year? Just curious since I'm going to be moving out east for school!

I definitely plan on going to the doujinka festival! I'm really excited about that. EDIT: Not sure if there are any other artist specific meetups, most of us tend to just meet at conventions. But that is indeed an idea that we might want to look into - organizing some informal get togethers
