Pre-Registration Issue. |

My friends and I pre-registered in March and got our confirmation letters except for two. The money sent was exact and it was $40.00 each since we had a big
group.
We've sent 3 e-mails regarding this issue to the Registration department and still have not received a reply. Don't leave a con-goer hanging, man.

We have received your email at registration@animenorth.com and will resend the missing confirmations tonight. They were all sent out previously; most likely
the missing ones were caught in spam filters.

They were sent out April 22 in the evening. Let us know if they didn't come through.

I was told by them that they still haven't sent through. I sent an e-mail with the two recepients' names as well as their addresses on it. If you could
send the verification letters to my e-mail too, that would be great as I can forward it to them if it doesn't go through.

We have received your email, however the two names you listed were not on the group registration we recieved. Please check your your group leader or have her
contact us at registration@animenorth.com. Also, please note we are not accepting anymore additions to group registrations.
