In the Anime North -Volunteer Orientation Meeting thread it was said that:Hello all,
First of all I would like to thank everyone for their e-mail and interest in volunteering at AN 08. This year the orientation meeting is the same as last year's however the date is on Saturday May 3rd between the time of 11am-1pm. Of course the meeting is not mandatory but many of your questions will be answered there.
The location of the meeting is at the Lillian H. Smith Library, 239 College Street.

Secondly I'd like to apologize for the delayed e-mails to everyone regarding volunteer information. First year actually running the department (although that shouldn't be an excuse) and it took an unreasonably long time to set up everything. However, the volunteer page has been updated and the documents are also updated.
Last of all if you have volunteer questions don't hesitate to ask although it may take a while I will get back to answering your question.

There is be a Volunteer Orientation Meeting held at the Lillian H. Smith Library, 239 College St. (College and Spadina) on Thursday, May 10th. It will be in the downstairs meeting room (Room AB) and will run from 6 PM - 8 PM.I was wondering which day the meeting is actually being held on, if anyone knows.
