Registration Notes:
1- Registration Form
Make sure to read over the policy once again and fill out the needed information on the registration forms sent to you correctly. Use your real name and WRITE
LEGIBLY (PLEASE!!). Also, it is very important that you sign the registration form as that does act as the legal contract between you and Anime North's
Artist Alley. If you do not sign it and still send it to us, we will not accept the registration.
And be sure to make a copy of the Registration Form for yourself. YOU NEED THIS FOR ALLEY SIGN IN.
2- Payment
All checks and money orders must be addressed to "Anime
North" only. If you address it to Anime North Artist Alley, the bank has a tendency to say that they will not accept it as it does not match the
account name. So please, write down the correct name we stated in the policy and here, because I will just send that back to you and you will have to resend
without an extension to your registration due date.
All payments MUST BE IN CANADIAN CURRENCY.
3- MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!!
DO NOT SEND YOUR FORMS AND PAYMENTS AT THE LAST MINUTE. You will NOT receive any extensions this year and your space will be given to the waiting list if your payment is even just ONE DAY LATE.
Make it one day late and give the waiting list a reason to cheer.
