Learn how to:
- properly prepare/cool down before and after physical activity
- throw/be thrown by your partner
- execute tumbles, falls, and flips
- perform basic acrobatics (somersaults, cartwheels, rolls)
- co-ordinate fancy punches, kicks, blocks and counters using your fists, feet, elbows and knees (both individually and in conjunction)
- avoid sustaining injury from any of the above
- look good doin' it

So it's up to you now! Come on over, show some interest and we'll have some fun! We need to get as much support as possible before the weekend or else we may not be able to hold this!
