ok, that's better. Have everyone pick something. I don't know where everyone is. If they don't response, I guess they are not joining anymore.....
I kinda worry..... what if they don't show up? e.e;;
Maybe I can go pick up pre-reg and check in hotel first, then we go downtown to pick it up later in the afternoon..... I wonder how bad the traffic will be...

Well, if our count is below 20 or even 15, it'll be a perfect size to squeeze into Swiss Chalet.
If not, then we'll remain outside with a picnic! About food, I suppose that'll be a bit of a troublesome issue... The decision will be made on the spot, seeing that we're meeting at 4:00 on Friday, and if our attendance by 4:30 is greater then 20, we'll need someone to rush to downtown, grab food, and rush back. (I don't really think there's a decent sushi restaurant anywhere else, near us. Not one that's well established at least.) But if it's less, then Swiss Chalet it is. Alot of people aren't responding, true, but the people on the list are the ones who've responded yes about 2 times now. We shall see what happens in 7 days. To add to that, they ran out of take-out menus at the restaurant, so I'll be picking them up tomorrow in the afternoon when they said they would be able to stock them. If not, I'm just going to take a picture of their menu, and type out a list of food items here.

Hi all. I just found out from that due to me being on the 'How to Survive an Anime Convention' panel then meeting up with my roomies right after the
panel (they're arriving later than I am) to get signed in our room so I won't be able to attend the dinner. Hope you see you at some point during the
weekend.

I'll still be attending it, though I'll bring my own sushies from back home, and my friends, well, no idea! One of them have LOTS of allergies, so
she'll probably won't have Japanese food or whatnot (sorry, but seriously, we don't want her to be sick all weekend!).
But PLEASE, do not decide to go to the Swiss Chalet all of a sudden, because our food will kinda be ruined (we buy it HERE, which is 7 hours away from Toronto, so we can't really go back home!) Could it PLEASE be decided soon? I guess we could manage to put it in the fridge, but still... Sushis in the fridge for 2 days isn't really good... Notice;
Since I am announcing this to be a picnic, I am sorry for this short of notice once again, but with overviewing my schedule of handling the con's SpecOps team for the DoubleTree, I am unable to bring/order food for all to bring and eat. This will be merely a gathering, but a great one at that. Even with the few unfortunate absences we may have, our count is still at about 32 people. I hope to make this a large successful gathering where everyone makes new friends and enjoy a rest along with each other's company to start the con off on a good note.
