Just last night the excited thing kicked in. Always happens when AN/CNAX comes around. Can't sleep for 24-48hrs because of the panic attacks to pack up stuff for the con. Oh man.. almost 24hrs before the con starts.

TOO MUCH COFFEEMAN WHERE IS YOUR BROTHER TOO MUCH CAFFINEMAN!? I NEED HIM NOW!! >___<;;;

Haha my thoughts exactly. I haven't been exited up until saturday and I didn't even know if I was going I only confirmed it yesterday. But now, the exitement has hit me like a bullet. It's getting to the point where I'm having trouble sleeping!

All of a sudden, now that it's coming in two days, I realized that I'm not nearly as excited as I was two years ago. Which is strange, because I'm lucky I was even able to go this year. I'm sure that I'll get off work tonight, my last shift before going to Toronto, and be TOTALLY unable to sleep because of the excitement, but right now, I'm just totally chill about it :/

Excitement hit me in the face this afternoon as I clocked out of my last work shift before flying to Toronto, its so close now.

I got excited in either September or October. It was whenever I said, I think I wanna go to anime north '08 for the whole weekend! and then I set out to find friends that would go. (I'm in a group of 12 now)...
I probably should have started my cosplay way back then too... (I've gotta stop saving things until the last minute...)

I've been excited on and off for the past couple of month... I'm taking time off work (I'm using the last of my sick days because my vacation time was denied) I just got my costume (I'm cheating and buying it this year, no time to make one).
My friend that is coming with me has been excited ever since anime north ended last year... But think we all are really when its over... Still pumped from the con fun hehe Can't wait ^_^

And because I am taking a one year sabbatical, '09 will be one HELL of an AN trip for me. I might even drive there MYSELF. And I'll probably have money out the wazoo if I start saving ASAP. Boo yeah.

And if I drive there myself, my passengers are gonna have to bear with me blaring Opeth and stuff the whole way....

this is our 2nd yr to AN (my sister and I) and started to get excited around the time we were able to book OUR (no more sharing... YAY!)room i think around aug or sept. by then I planned out a fanfic that I'll be submitting (though even until today it still 1/3 done T_T)

I have to agree with baka_chan on that... Just one hotel night less already pay our 3-days tickets for AN! And by car, you simply cut the gaz cost by the number of people going with you, so it does help a lot.

I'll pretty much do almost anything to make sure I get to AN, too, though it is a huge expense if you have to travel and spend a lot of nights in a hotel. This year I plan on not having to buy a plane ticket, and only intend to stay in a hotel on Friday and Saturday, which will cut my costs from last year dramatically...I'll probably spend 20% of what I spent last year, lol!!

yea! i have moved out of my house, bairly make rent and im going to school in september and im going. i am also making my own cosumes and i dont even have a full time job. i have been though this conversation with my friend too. but its the one time of the year that i actuly get excited about something. the one time that i can blow my money and not care, the one time i can have huge a mounts of fun with my friend and total strangers and not worry about looking like a total freak cause im...

Every year I get more excited for Anime North early on. I don't know if this is just because I'm an insane fan of the convention and have been for a while, but I start feeling the jitters normally in November.
But holy! This year I got the jitters in September!
And it's not just the "yay Anime North next year" jitters, it's the 'I start talking about it to my friends and can't wait for May' jitters.

Right now, it's almost reaching full blown excitement.
